How do I get an application ID and secret key?
After becoming an EurewaX Open Platform partner, you can log in to the Partner Management Console and create an application on the "Application Management" page to obtain your application ID and secret key. Please keep your secret key secure and do not share it with third parties.
What should I do if an API request returns a 401 error?
A 401 error indicates authentication failure. Possible reasons include:
- Incorrect application ID or secret key
- Signature calculation error
- Expired request timestamp
- Insufficient application permissions
Please check if your authentication parameters are correct and if your signature algorithm meets the requirements.
How do I handle asynchronous notifications?
Steps to handle asynchronous notifications:
- Configure the notification receiving URL (Webhook)
- Verify the notification signature to ensure security
- Process business logic
- Return a success response (HTTP 200)

How long does KYC verification take?
KYC verification is typically completed within 1-3 business days. For business users, additional time may be required for more detailed background checks. You can check the verification status through the API or the developer console.
How do I check transaction status?
There are two ways to check transaction status:
- Actively query through the API
- Configure a Webhook to receive status change notifications

What currencies and payment methods are supported?
We support over 50 currencies and multiple payment methods, including:
Major currencies:
USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CNY, etc.
Payment methods:
