Business Development Manager
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in WP. Kuala Lumpur (TTDI). The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, analysis, and the creation of business proposals and presentations. The role also involves negotiating contracts, managing key accounts, and collaborating with different departments to ensure business growth and customer satisfaction.

SAAS Product Manager
Job Responsibilities
Product Planning
- Responsible for the planning and roadmap design of fintech SAAS products, and clarify the product positioning and development direction.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs to determine the product differentiation competition strategy.
- Evaluate internal fintech capabilities and formulate the priority and implementation plan for the SAAS transformation of capabilities.
Product Design
- Responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and organizing product requirements, and drafting Product Requirement Documents (PRD).
- Design the functional modules of SAAS products to ensure their ease of use and scalability.
Product Operations
- Design product launch strategies and customer onboarding processes to lower the threshold for customer access.
- Establish real-time dashboards to track key business indicators and system performance.
- Collect customer feedback to continuously optimize product experience and functions.
Core Skills and Knowledge
- Hands-on experience with SAAS lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, Proven ability to align cross-functional teams (Engineering, Sales, Compliance) and lead projects to completion.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to quickly respond to and resolve issues encountered by customers in service.
- Preferred: Knowledge of international payment processes, foreign exchange mechanisms, and mainstream cross-border payment methods.
Work Experience
- 3+ years in cross-border payments/fintech; SAAS experience preferred.
Education Background and Language Proficiency
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields; MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.
- Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
